icFuel24 is a multi-company fuel delivery ERP. Each company's customers, orders, tanks, invoices, and GPS traces stay inside that company.

• We store account emails, delivery addresses, order and payment records, and location pings needed to run deliveries.
• Passwords are hashed. Payment gateway secrets stay on the server. OTP codes are hashed at rest.
• Staff accounts created by an owner start as verified. If you change your email, you must confirm the new address.
• Failed sign-ins can lock an account for a short time. Security events (login, lock, role change) are kept for abuse review.
• Company operational records (orders, invoices, GPS traces, proofs) are kept while the company is active. After a company is suspended, records stay for recovery until a Super Admin removes the tenant on the server.
• Staff can delete their own login from Profile. Super Admin accounts cannot self-delete. Invoice PDF downloads and role changes are recorded in the security log.
• Backups are for recovery only (default keep 14 nightly dumps). Access to backup files is an operations control on the server, not a product screen.
